My little town in northern Alaska doesnt have much, just a café or two, a couple stores and restaurants, a shabby old guess you could call it that airport, mountains, places to dog sled and dogsled race, cabins, and many peoples dream come true. There are no cars, just dogs and snowshoes (Or boots).
